Membership Policies and Procedures  

Having read through this document, I thus agree that I have a full understanding of E-RECHARGEPLUS Membership Policies and Procedures.

MEMBER STATUS

  •  I am a discerning adult above the age of 18.
  • I am an authorized Member if E-RECHARGEPLUS accepts my completed Member Registration and Agreement.
  • E-RECHARGEPLUS reserves the right to accept or reject my Member Registration and Agreement form without having to assign any reason for its acceptance or rejection.
  • My Member status does not make me either an agent or an employee of E-RECHARGEPLUS.
  • I am responsible for bearing all costs and expenses incurred in the conduct of my membership.

REFERRAL STATUS:

  • I am an authorized Member and a Referring Member by default.
  • I am a referring member because I find the products and services of E-RECHARGEPLUS valuable and will willingly refer people (family, friends etc) to purchase products and services offered by E-RECHARGEPLUS.
  • I qualify for the monthly reward plan as offered by the E-RECHARGEPLUS marketing Team, when I make purchases on the E-RECHARGEPLUS Website worth N 5000 or above.
  • My reward points are converted to cash and paid in to my VirtualWallet by the 1st of every month, if I had met the clause above. If not I forfeit the month’s points.

ASSOCIATE STATUS:

  • I may apply for the Associate Status from my Referral Member Account page.
  • If my Associate application is approved by the E-RECHARGEPLUS admin, I will be charged a monthly maintenance charge of N2500 and my status automatically changes from a referring member to an Associate by the 1st day of the next month. I remain an associate unless I default on the maintenance charge.
  • As an associate, my reward plan 1 is generated from the purchases made by my referrals from the 1st downline to the 4th downline.
  • From the reward plan1, I may seek to migrate to reward plan2. On reward plan2, I will be charged a monthly maintenance charge of N 10,000.
  • My reward plan2 is generated from the purchase made by my referrals from the 1st downline to the 5th downline.
  • If I do not have enough money on my VirtualWallet to fund the maintenance fee, I revert to the referral reward plan for the next month.

EARNINGS PAY OUT

  • Payouts above N5, 000 may be paid to my bank account which I will provide the necessary info when promoted.
  • Payout above N49, 999 will be paid by company’s crossed cheque after proper identification of the intending member.

INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

  1. I will run my account running and make purchases at least once a month.
  2. My grace period is 11 months of inactivity. I may receive a reminder to keep my account busy by the 12th month.
  3. Should I fail to respond to the reminder of inactive account, my account will be closed after the 12th month and my referral links moved up to my sponsor.

OPTING OUT

  • I may opt out of this policies and procedure agreement anytime I choose with not less than 1 day’s prior written notice to that effect, with the understanding that I automatically loose my membership of E-RECHARGEPLUS.

I promise to abide by the terms and conditions of E-RECHARGEPLUS. The terms and condition is upheld in case of conflicts arising between E-RECHARGEPLUS’s Terms and Conditions and the Membership Policies and Procedures.
